Hi Support,

Currently we are using RT3.8 and I would like to integrate with third-party ticketing tools like  (Reamedy,Assyst ).

The main purpose is,  when I create ticket with RT and it should be automatically connect to Remedy or Assyst.

 should be create ticket n Remedy or Assyst.

1)     Is RT Support the integrate with third-party ticketing tool

2)     if supports, Would you please offer me and step-by-step procedure document to configure
