Dear Sir,


Can any one help me I have some query to configure RT. See I want a scrip to configure which will send reminder if the ticket is untouched for 2 hrs and another it will send the mail when the ticket is not update for more than five hours. Lalitbhaisa 06:57, May 2, 2012 (UTC)
