Hi, i'm Torsten Brumm from Kuehne + Nagel (Corporate IT) Hamburg

We are using RT since 2001 mainly for Troubleshooting. Since 2005 also for Workflow processes, ITIL processes and knowledgebase.

At the moment we support around 60.000 privileged users from within our company as well as customers and vendors inside our rt systems.

At the moment we have over 1.500 Queues and between 20k -70k Tickets a day.
