Is there no NOT operator? I am trying to exclude all tickets updated by any other users. Basically what I want to do is this:

Owner = 'Nobody'

AND Status = 'resolved'

AND LastUpdatedBy = '__CurrentUser__'

AND Queue != 'A _queue'

AND NOT (UpdatedBy != '__CurrentUser__')
