Acouple users do not receive emails from RT and I'm getting this in a log file:

Batched email susp for: "email address" (/opt/rt3/bin/../lib/RT/Action/SendEmail.pm:332)

I checked some of the settings in the above post but can't find anything. Does anyone have any suggestions?
