Hi,

if we use your script, MySQL is running but we see the following message in /var/log/syslog:

Aug 30 18:51:10 NagiosServer RT: DBD::mysql::st execute failed: MySQL server has gone away at /usr/share/perl5/DBIx/SearchBuilder/Handle.pm line 509. (/usr/share/perl5/DBIx/SearchBuilder/Handle.pm:509)

Tickets would not accepted by RT then. Our clients receives emails like this:


Command time limit exceeded: "/usr/bin/rt-mailgate-3.8 --queue Support --action correspond --url https://ourdomain.net/rt"

Where is the problem and what can we do?
