I copied the contents of this file thinking that I should see something change. I do not. I would hope that I would at least get an error if something is wrong.

Perhaps you can answer this for me since I seem unable to find any documentation about this.

I am using v4.0.7 and am unable to make any changes to this page. I really just wanted to combine the open and closed tickets onto 1 page. Did you need to change any other config files to make this work?
