In my case request-tracker4 wan't install untill I had update liblog-dispatch-perl with such commands:

aptitude install liblog-dispatch-perl

aptitude -t squeeze-backports install liblog-dispatch-perl

And after that I re-commit witch success:

aptitude install request-tracker4
