IT contractor for the EPA with electrical engineering degree. Mainly involved in systems deployments/analysis/and maintenance. Also performed work doing Service Delivery and Project Management roles for various projects and teams. Currently supporting DB Support, Middleware apps (which also uses RT), and OFM teams on the current project I support.
Need access to the Wiki to address a few issues we're currently resolving in our RT system on-site.
