RT gets installed at home, and everywhere I work, including the BBC and the European Commission's European Aviation Safety Agency. At the latter, we currently operate around 15 queues spanning the enterprise, and are slowly getting non-developers interested in using it.
I would not object to a better default stylesheet and clean HTML, but otherwise, RT rocks.
