anyone nkow why my RT do not asign my person that are waiting for the resolution of the issue as requestor by default? it onlu let it in blank, so y cant see this ticket on my dashboard as open ticket.. please i'm new on RT and i need help my email is lizarazo77@gmail.com pls! btw: srry for my english
