What reason am I not seeing for blocking 68.40.186.204 and rolling back the seemingly valid point made from there on the Talk:ManualUsingWebInterface page? It seems to me that the fact that all of the "screenshot" links on that page point to a defunct GeoCities site that now gets redirected to a Yahoo error page in Spanish is a very real problem with the ManualUsingWebInterface page.
