My name is C David Rigby, and I am the recently hired Systems Administrator (Information Technology Specialist II is the formal title) for the Department of Astronomy at the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, Virginia, USA. Request Tracker was recommended to me by a colleague. It is in use by the Department of Physics at UVa.
