Unprivileged

The group Unprivileged is one of the three groups for which RT manages the membership automatically. The other two are Privileged and Everyone. Every user is either a member of the Privileged group or of the Unprivileged group. To which one a user belongs can be set in the configuration screen for the user using the 'Let this user be granted rights' checkbox.
An user in the group unprivileged gets only restricted access to the system. He's only allowed to access the subpath /SelfService/ and not the normal pages. Hence, the settings of RT at a glance have no impact on their view.
