For installing RT4 on squeeze, you need to use also this perl modules from backport: libplack-perl, libhtml-rewriteattributes-perl, libdbix-searchbuilder-perl , liblog-dispatch-perl - For installing them:
aptitude -t squeeze-backports install libplack-perl
