Unofficial Installation Guide

This is an unofficial installation guide. It may be outdated or apply only to very specific configurations and versions. The official and maintained installation steps for RT are in the README and UPGRADING documents included in the official .tar.gz packages.

And now back to the original out-dated content...

I was too lazy to "wifty-up" the page... So here's the install guide in html :

--comments from John L:

Use the SLE-11 SDK, rather than hunting for some hard-to-find RPMs as suggested in the above.

Add these SUSE rpms:

perl-YAML-0.66-1.15 perl-Apache-DBI-1.07-1.21 perl-YAML-Syck-0.95-1.21 libopenssl-devel-0.9.8h-30.27.11 zlib-devel-1.2.3-106.34 lynx-2.8.6-143.19

which come from either SLES11SP1 or SLE-11-SDK.
