A user that has the OwnTicket right is allowed to own a ticket. This means that the user is allowed to be responsible for the issue addressed in the ticket. People that have the ownticket right together form the workforce for a particular queue. Each one of them can be referred to as a /worker/ on the queue.

This right can be granted to a user or group on a queue-by-queue basis, or on a global basis.

Usually you want to grant the people that have the ownticket right also the SeeQueue right to the same queues, but this is not necessarily so.
