Using Request Tracker 3.0.11 on Debian Sarge running on VMWare on top of an IBM x335 dual P42.8ghz server. Using Apache 1.3 with a mySQL 4 db. At first RT ran slow with tickets taking up to 5 seconds to create on an empty db but with some swift kicks to the pants of conf files, this beast is now running very quickly. I'm running the RT3Stats package and my manager seems to be happy with it.
