Mailgate can receive piped emails through /etc/alias.
Edit /etc/alias with entries for your queue names:

Run newaliases to create the new aliases.db file for postfix. Reload postfix - service postfix reload - /etc/init.d/postfix reload
Configure Apache
Edit your entry for RT to allow connections from your IP:
