License for Content on this Wiki

This wiki is provided by Best Practical Solutions (BPS) as a resource for users of the open source Request Tracker (RT), Request Tracker for Incident Response (RTIR), and related software products. The information on this wiki, and the previous site hosted at Wikia, is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported license.

This is a public wiki and while some content is contributed by BPS employees, the majority is contributed by the RT and RTIR community.

Documentation is an important part of any software product. As such, at times BPS may incorporate useful documentation contributed here into the core RT and RTIR product documentation as permitted by the license.
