<p>2 revisions imported</p> <p><b>New page</b></p><div>If user does not have this right, he can&#039;t access the Configuration (Admin) tab and thus can&#039;t execute any rights for modifying users, groups, queues, custom fields and other objects modified via this tab (basicaly anything besides tickets and himself), even if he has them.<br /> <br /> Don&#039;t rely on this right to block the other ones though.
